Culturally relevant education begins with teachers.
That's why, at CRSci, we have expanded our efforts to include professional development seminars and programs. Our teachings are specifically designed for educators of under-represented students to learn how to build and re-shape curricula to reflect the cultures, languages and experiences of their students.
No two classrooms look exactly alike. Therefore, we believe that it is neither right nor possible to create a pre-packaged curriculum that will engage all students. Instead we provide resources and methodologies that will allow educators to better understand the unique experiences of their students and, in turn, create equally unique ways to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders.
